Ruth Faye Taylor

Faye left us for her Heavenly Home after a 7-year journey with Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia.
She will be remembered for her thirst for history and love of writing. She wrote books for the 100th celebration of First Lutheran Church, Hot Springs and the 50th Anniversary of Diamondhead, as well as many historical programs which she presented in Arkansas, Illinois and Wisconsin.
Faye had many passions, from bowling and golfing, to Lions Club, crafting and crochet. When not indulging in her hobbies, she found joy in spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents Milton and Ruth Denny, 2 husbands, Marvin Roath and James Taylor. She leaves behind her daughter Christine and Jon Hudon, grandchildren-Jacque and Cody Hatman (Conner and Molly Faye), Samantha and Dave Day (Layla and Olive) and Joseph Hudon. She also leaves a son Gregg Roath and grandson James Marvin Roath.
Her kind heart and genuine love of everybody will be her legacy. Arrangements entrusted with Atkinson Funeral Home of Malvern, Arkansas.
