A dedicated professional, Michelle devoted her career to serving as a sterile technician at St. Mary's Hospital, where her kindness and expertise had a lasting impact on both her colleagues and the patients she cared for.
A proud graduate of Hempstead High School in Dubuque, Iowa, Michelle's educational journey was marked by a commitment to learning and growth, which she carried with her into her professional life. Known for her welcoming nature, Michelle had a remarkable ability to make those around her feel at ease. With a great sense of humor, she brought joy and comfort to countless individuals, making her a cherished friend and colleague.
Michelle had a deep passion for nature and enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially on the water. Her love for her pets, including her beloved fur babies—Deja, Lily, and Ally—was a testament to her nurturing spirit. Above all, she treasured the moments spent with her family and friends, fostering connections that enriched her life and the lives of those around her.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Chelsey Neuhaus and Shelby Neuhaus, along with her beloved grandchildren: Cooper Carlson, Ryker Neuhaus, and Willow Neuhaus. She is also survived by a host of other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Michelle is preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Margaret McKee, her son, Walker Neuhaus, and her sister, Gayle Koppes. As we remember Michelle L. Neuhaus, we honor the warmth, laughter, and love she brought into our lives, leaving behind a legacy of kindness that will forever be cherished.
