Proverbs 3:5-6 – “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding, In all you ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.”

EJ Thomason, age 47, was born May 13, 1972 in Hot Springs, Arkansas and was placed into the hands of our Lord on January 16, 2020. She had a brilliance in her smile that could light up a room and was contagious to all those lucky enough to have known her. Because of the outward love for her business, she became affectionately known as the ‘Taxi Lady.’
In her early years, her vibrance and energy was as unrivaled and unruly as her curly black hair. She drafted her own style without apology, and everyone loved her because of it. Later in life, her challenges were never allowed to define her but rather embodied the beauty of her resilience and spark for life. EJ exemplifies her favorite flower, the magnolia. This beautiful blip of nature represents nobility and perseverance. It is soft and subtle in color yet strong in appearance, and like EJ, is representative of the beauty encompassing a gentleness and soothing presence. As people often gaze upon the beauty of this flower, so to, do we admire the beauty of EJ’s life.
God and the angels in Heaven rejoice in welcoming her home and even the perfection of Heaven is improved by her presence there.
Edith Jacqueline ‘E.J.’ Thomason, born May 13, 1972, of Malvern, went to be with the Lord on January 16, 2020.
