Bobie Jean Byrd

Bobie Jean Byrd, 93 of Malvern, Arkansas, passed away on February 6, 2024. Bobie was born March 17, 1930, in Poyen, Arkansas to Oscar and Elva Edwards. She enjoyed working in her flower room, and above all else loved her grandchildren, and spending time with family and friends. Bobie

Bobie is preceded in death by her parents, and Horace Holiman, Robert Bettis, Carl Byrd, a daughter; Pamela Holiman, along with 7 brothers and sisters.

Bobie is survived by her children; Ronnie Holiman, John Byrd (Kim), brother; Johnny Edwards, 5 grandchildren; Kevin Holiman, Scott Holiman, Brent Holiman, Jordan Holiman, and Kaitlyn Byrd, along with numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and host of other family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be led by Brother Jimmy BoBo at the Atkinson Chapel on Friday, February 9, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM, then going to Lindsey-Poyen Cemetery for burial afterwards.
