Bobbie Jean Little Fitzhugh, Age 78, passed away on Friday, March 26th at home, surrounded by her family who loved her so much.
She was born on July 1, 1942 in Hickory, NC to the late Everette Little of Charlotte, NC and Kathleen Setzer of Boise, ID. She grew up in NC and lived in other places around the country until she settled in Arkansas where she met the love of her life, the late James E. (Jim) Fitzhugh of Malvern. They were married on October 14, 1968, lasting nearly 511/2 years.
She was a wonderful wife, mother and homemaker. She loved to cook and had a lot of cookbooks to show for it. She loved gardening and tending to her flowers. Crossword puzzles were her favorite. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She loved the Lord and enjoyed watching The Gaither Hour on TV. Not one person was a stranger to her, and she was loved by so many who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her husband James (Jim) Fitzhugh, her parents and 2 brothers, Stevie and Ray Setzer.
She is survived by her 2 brothers, Gene Little of Hickory, NC and Hugo Setzer of Boise, ID, and 1 sister, Linda Setzer of Tyler, TX; her 4 children, Lisa Erwin (Wally), Doroteo (Doye) DelaCruz (Sarah) and Samantha Henard all of Malvern; Candy Young (Darwin) of Las Vegas, NV; 13 grandchildren, Colton Henard (Katie) of Poyen; Hope and Josie Henard and Sadie DeleCruz of Malvern; DJ DelaCruz of Tampa Bay, FL; Anthony DelaCruz of El Paso, TX; Dallas DelaCruz of San Antonio, TX; Eric Martinez of Corpus Christi, TX; Bethany Young of Oklahoma City, OK; Joshua Young (Amanda) of Ft. Gibson, OK; Junior Adams (Amber) of Muskogee, OK; Carrie Mabry (Justin) of Los Angeles, CA and Michael Erwin (Ashton) of Raleigh, NC; 19 great-grandchildren, Emery and Rosalee Henard and Jessie Leamons of Poyen; Austyn DelaCruz of El Paso, TX; EJ and Aleena Martinez of Corpus Christi, TX; Easton, Cassidy and Chesnie Young of Oklahoma City, OK; Gracie and Zane Young of Ft. Gibson, OK; Kiley, Hunter and Cannon Adams of Muskogee, OK; Joseph Hanes and Audrey, Jackson and Jordan Mabry of Los Angeles, CA, and Cindy Jo Erwin of Raleigh, NC.
A graveside service to celebrate her life will be Saturday, April 3rd at 10:30 am at the Damascus Cemetery off Highway 9, and all family and friends are invited to attend. The service will be officiated by Doris Walters Maupin, Pastor and close friend of Bobbie and her family.

Cremation arrangements was entrusted to Atkinson Funeral Home.
