Betty Jo Walker

Miss Betty Joe Walker, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away peacefully on July 25, 2024, at the age of 87. Born on March 29, 1937, in Malvern, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Hershel and Josie Keisler.

Betty's life was a testament to her unwavering love for her family. She is survived by her son, Charles Norwood, and his wife, Kelley. Her legacy continues through her four cherished grandchildren: Melissa, Nicole, Eric, and Shawn, as well as her great-grandchildren, Nehemiah, Nathan, and Nova Lee.

Throughout her life, Betty had a passion for cooking and sewing. She was known for her delicious meals and enjoyed making her own clothes, often sharing her talents with family and friends. Her nurturing spirit and creative flair will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

A celebration of Betty's life will be held on Friday, August 2, 2024, at the Atkinson Chapel in Malvern, Arkansas. Visitation will begin at 10 AM, followed by a service at 11 AM. She will be laid to rest at Round Hill Cemetery, where family and friends can pay their final respects.

Betty Joe Walker will be deeply missed but will live on in the hearts of her loved ones and all who were touched by her kindness and warmth.
